  • Account data: email, nickname, and password (stored as a hash that we cannot reverse).
  • Bitfinex API key: the key you generate and enter yourself. We store it encrypted and use it only to place and manage orders on your behalf; it has no withdrawal or trading permission.
  • Telegram Chat ID: provided voluntarily by you to receive notifications.
  • Contact information: the content you send us via support email.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, visit time, and pages visited.
  • Cookies: used to keep you logged in and to improve your user experience.
  • Analytics data: we use Google Analytics (GA4) to analyze website traffic and user behavior.

2. How We Use Data

  • provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • place and manage funding orders on your behalf;
  • send transaction notifications, system notifications, and important announcements;
  • analyze usage behavior to improve the product;
  • detect and prevent fraud and abuse;
  • comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only in the following cases:

  • Service providers: Bitfinex (executes your funding orders), Resend (sends email), Telegram (sends notifications), Cloudflare (network services), Google Analytics (traffic analysis), and Google AdSense (advertising services).
  • Legal requirements: when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law.

4. Cookies and Advertising

This website uses cookies to maintain user state and collect usage analytics. In addition, this website uses third-party advertising services (including Google AdSense):

  • Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads tailored to your past visits.

5. Data Retention and Security

We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption, password hashing, and encrypted storage of API keys. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

Cross-Border Processing: The Service's servers and some third-party services may be located outside Taiwan. By using the Service, you understand and agree that your personal data may be processed and stored abroad; we require processors to apply reasonable safeguards. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days.

When you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except for portions we are required to retain by law.

Data Breach Notification: If your personal data is stolen, leaked, altered, or otherwise compromised, we will, after verification, notify you by email, website notice, or other appropriate means, and explain the remedial measures taken (in accordance with Article 12 of the Personal Data Protection Act).

We collect, process, and use your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Under Article 3 of the PDPA, the following rights regarding your personal data may not be waived in advance or restricted by special agreement: to inquire about or review it, to request a copy, to request supplementation or correction, to request cessation of collection/processing/use, and to request deletion.

The Service is not offered to users under 18 years of age. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.
