Welcome to FuNi (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the terms below.

1. Description of the Service

The Service is an automation tool for Bitfinex margin funding (lending). It places and manages orders on your behalf through the Bitfinex API key that you provide. The Service is a tool only and does not provide any investment advice or financial planning.

2. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must provide a valid, working email address.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and API keys.
  • Sharing accounts or registering under another person's identity is prohibited.

3. Subscription and Payment

3.1 Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial, extended by 7 days upon successfully connecting a Bitfinex API key, and by a further 7 days upon completing the feedback survey before the trial expires — up to 21 days in total, with full access to all PRO-plan features. You may cancel before the trial ends at no charge.

3.2 Subscription Plans

Subscriptions are billed either quarterly (90 days) or annually (365 days); the Service does not offer a monthly plan. Subscriptions renew automatically for the cycle you select. You may cancel anytime in the member center; after cancellation, the Service continues until the end of the current period. All payments are made in USDT, supported on multiple networks (TRC20, ERC20, BEP20, Polygon, and Solana).

Refund policy: Because the Service provides a free trial of up to 21 days for you to fully evaluate it, no refunds are provided once a paid subscription begins. Please confirm during the trial that the product meets your needs before paying.

3.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices. Changes will be communicated to existing subscribers by email at least 30 days in advance.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service in any unlawful manner;
  • reverse-engineer, crack, or attack the Service;
  • mass-register fake accounts;
  • use the Service for market manipulation or in any way that violates the Bitfinex Terms of Service.

5. Eligibility and Jurisdiction

The Service operates on top of Bitfinex. You may use it only if you are permitted to use Bitfinex margin funding. Residents of, or persons located in, jurisdictions that Bitfinex does not serve — including the United States — and any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive international sanctions, may not use the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content of the Service (including code, algorithms, design, and trademarks) belongs to FuNi. You receive only a license to use the Service under these terms and may not copy, modify, or distribute it.

7. Disclaimer

Risk warning: Crypto margin funding (lending) involves market risk, counterparty risk, and technical risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and you may lose part or all of your funds. The Service provides an automation tool only; it does not guarantee any return and accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from your use of it. Use it only within your own risk tolerance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FuNi and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption). Our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid to the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes and Termination of the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service (or any part of it) at any time. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or website notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the changes.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), with the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
